Initial guarantee

Advance purchases may have a window of seven calendar days from the purchase, provided that the request is submitted before the event and that non-recoverable benefits have not been consumed.

After the initial window

Purchases will generally be final. At the organizer's discretion, transfers, credits, or upgrades may be offered subject to availability and published conditions.

Transfers

Ownership can be transferred through the official channel and before the operational deadline. Identity verification may be required.

Rescheduling or cancellation

If the event is rescheduled, access can be transferred to the new date. If it is canceled without a replacement, applicable options will be communicated.

Disputes and chargebacks

The buyer must first contact support. Fraudulent disputes or those submitted after receiving the services can be challenged with the available documentation.

Legal review

The final version must be validated with a lawyer and aligned with the organizer's contracts and the processors' rules.
